My room was a nice size and reasonably spacious thanks to the affable staff. It was so close to Ramboda falls and city center bus station and restaurants, exceptionally nice and marvellous location overall.

Liked our extremely spacious rooms, plus the staff was efficient. We got a room with bidet. The location of the hotel was marvellous - within a close distance from Nuwara Eliya and Tea Country. Furthermore, close to the center.

The hotel's location in the middle of Jackson is exceptionally nice. The rooms are a nice size and come with a balcony. The beds are comfortable. The staff is super friendly and efficient.
